Personal assistant to the bride


Hours of service:
Morning of wedding through start of reception.
Up to 6 hours of coverage.

  • One in-person meeting; usually consisting of initial consultation

  • Transport bride’s wedding wardrobe to the bridal suite at ceremony location

  • Assist with set-up of bridal suite accommodations

  • Ensure overall care of bride’s wedding wardrobe; steaming of gown, layout of jewelry and accessories

  • Greet glam squad {hair stylist/make-up artist) upon their arrival}

  • Attend to the bride’s comfort needs throughout the day {retrieve food and beverage}

  • Access to the “No Glitch Kit” full of beauty, health and practical use supplies

  • Assist with apparel fitting; lace up or button the bodice, veil, jewelry and accessories placement

  • Assist during bridal portraits by carrying and positioning the gown’s train

  • Deliver groom’s gift

  • Act as go between with vendors {troubleshoot and shield bride from unneeded stress}

  • Run errands as requested

  • Care for bouquets and pin corsages onto the mother(s)/grandmother(s)

  • Disburse payments or gratuities to glam squad

  • Escort bride to ceremony; carry train until the start of the processional and train placement for the bridal march

  • Provide refreshments for bridal party during portraits after the ceremony

  • Bustle the train of the bride’s dress before grand entrance into reception

  • Tidy up bridal suite and pack bride’s items before departing

Half Day Coordination

Hours of service:
Afternoon of wedding through cake cutting.
Up to 8 hours of coverage.

  • Up to two in-person meetings; usually consisting of initial consultation and site walk through {phone call or video chat options are available if preferred}

  • Unlimited phone/text/email correspondence throughout your planning

  • Pre-wedding outreach to vendor team to introduce myself

  • Greet vendors on wedding day and act as their point of contact for needs

  • Confirm ceremony site set-up completed by venue staff

  • Set-up of paper goods; programs, escort cards, place cards, table numbers, signage and menus

  • Styling of décor elements; guest sign-in table, unity ceremony items, photos and gift table/card box

  • Placement of misc. items; favors, toasting flutes, cake knife/server, cake topper, bathroom baskets and candles

  • Distribute bouquets to bridesmaids and pin corsages/boutonnieres to groomsmen and family members

  • Disburse vendor payments or gratuities on client’s behalf

  • Troubleshoot emergencies with discretion

  • Assist venue staff with necessary changes due to inclement weather

  • Access to the “No Glitch Kit” full of beauty, health and practical use supplies

  • Ensure program disbursement

  • Confirm linen and place setting set-up completed by banquet staff

  • Centerpiece placement on guest tables

  • Assist photographer with gathering and positioning of family members for portraits

  • Assist guests in finding their assigned tables at start of reception

  • Assist DJ; call to dinner at conclusion of cocktail hour, coordination of grand entrance, dismissal of tables for buffet service and other tasks that may require additional support to keep event timeline on track

  • Check-out with all vendors before departing {after cake cutting}

Full Day Coordination

Hours of service:
Afternoon of wedding through close of reception; includes rehearsal and ceremony coordination.
Up to 12 hours of coverage.

Includes all items listed under the half day package PLUS

  • Additional in-person meeting to create planning checklist

  • Create wedding day timeline and distribute to vendor team

  • Create the ceremony processional order

  • Attend and coordinate the ceremony rehearsal

  • Convey ceremony seating instructions to family members

  • Confirm DJ and officiant have performed microphone sound check prior to the start of the ceremony

  • Confirm song changes and cue signals with DJ or musicians for ceremony processional

  • Ensure the officiant receives the marriage license prior to the start of the ceremony

  • Direct family and bridal party in the ceremony processional {cue when to walk}

  • Gather wedding gifts and cards for family removal

  • Communicate details to the car service driver in regards to the grand exit

  • Assist DJ in gathering guests to line for the grand exit and cue bride and groom to walk

  • Gather all décor and personal items for family removal at close of reception

  • Check-out with catering/banquet staff to ensure all contracted rules were followed {to safeguard the return of damage deposit}

  • Investment: $1,000
